What are the ranks?

There are many admirers of LiveJasmin and everyone wants the top spot. In order to stand out from the crowd, you need to move up the ranks and go from being a Crush to becoming the unrivaled Eros! Feel your pride swell while models’ admiration for you grows and others’ jealousy deepens as you climb up through the ranks. Once you reach a new rank, you will keep it for up to 60 days, unless you remain active, in which case you can keep your rank indefinitely.

Move up the ranks by earning points

You will earn points after each credit you spend. Doesn't matter if you like Private Chats, Video Calls, or sending Surprises, every single credit you spend is another point you get. Your rank multiplier affects these points too, so the higher your rank, the faster you accumulate points. To move up in the ranks, you will need to reach a set amount of points, unique to each rank.

What is the rank multiplier and how does it work?

Each rank has its own multiplier value. These influence the points that you collect: As you read previously, every single credit you spend is 1 point, but this is where your multiplier comes into play! That 1 point is multiplied by your rank multiplier, so the higher rank you are, the faster you will collect points!

Maintain your rank by staying active

Monthly drop

Your level points reset every month, but any extra points you earn towards the next achievable level will not disappear. They carry over to the next month, making it easier for you to reach the required point limit again. It will be much easier the second time around due to your rank multiplier. The counter at the top shows your goal to reach your current rank or even surpass it!

Daily drop

Your points will gradually decrease each day, too, based on your rank, so keep exploring our features and connecting with the best cam models to ensure your rank stays strong!

What is CreditBack?

CreditBack is part of the Club Elite program to reward your loyalty. With CreditBack you earn back a percentage of the credits you spent on site while enjoying the services.

What is the CreditBack rate?

CreditBack percentage rate varies between 6% and 10% depending on your Club Elite level, please see the benefits table above for comparison. During special promotions there will be additional multipliers which will make you earn more and faster!

What do I need to do to start earning?

Nothing, every credit you spend will be multiplied by your Club Elite level and become available as CreditBack Points in your account. For example as a Romeo, 1 credit spent means 2 CreditBack Points. The more you spend and the higher your Elite level is, the more CreditBack Points you'll collect!

Who is eligible for CreditBack?

You must be at least on Sweetheart level in order to collect and redeem CreditBack Points. If you accumulate points but drop below the Sweetheart level, your points will freeze and can be redeemed for credits as soon as you reach Sweetheart level or above.

How do I convert my CreditBack Points into credits?

You can view your CreditBack Points balance and convert them instantly to credits via Club Elite page.

How often can I redeem my points?

There is no limitation on how many times you can convert your CreditBack Points into credits; you just need to reach the minimum redeem threshold and be at least at the Sweetheart level.

Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?

Yes, you need at least 10 Credits worth of CreditBack Points to convert them. There is no maximum limit.

Can I use the redeemed credits anywhere on the site?

Yes, you can use the redeemed credits on any credit-based feature. There is no difference between purchased credits or credits received via CreditBack points conversion.

Why can’t I redeem my points?

To redeem your points, they must be worth at least 10 Credits, and you need to be at least at the Sweetheart level.

Do CreditBack points have an expiration?

CreditBack Points earned within a calendar year must be redeemed by January of the following year. For example, CreditBack Points earned in 2025 must be redeemed no later than January 31st, 2026. This rule applies as of January 1st, 2025, therefore the first expiration will occur on February 1st, 2026 where any unredeemed CreditBack Points from previous years will reset to 0.

Do CreditBack Points differ from Elite Points?

Yes, CreditBack points are independent from Elite points and they are not subject to daily/monthly drop.

Do I have to choose between Elite Points and CreditBack Points?

No, with every spending you will earn both CreditBack and Elite Points.

Can I transfer my CreditBack Points to another account?

No, points are bound to your account, transferring them from one account to another is therefore not possible. In case of account closure any unredeemed CreditBack Points will be forfeited.

What happened to the Elite level Gift Box?

Based on your valuable feedback, we’ve replaced Gift Box with the CreditBack system, which provides a more transparent and rewarding way to recognize your loyalty.

Elite Points

The maximum number of Elite Points that you can accumulate within Club Elite program is 100,000 points. Once you reach the maximum limit of 100,000 Elite Points, no additional Elite Points will be awarded for any further spending until your points drop below this threshold.

Multiplier cap

The maximum combinable multiplier that can be applied to any spending is limited to 5.00.

CreditBack Points

There is no limit to the number of CreditBack points you can collect.
